O'Kelley Designs is based in the Clearwater/Tampa area of the Florida Gulf Coast.  I can complete most projects by utilizing a combination of email, teleconferencing and Internet file transfers.  In the event that you, or your project would be better served with an onsite presence, this option can be discussed.

For most projects, I am available by phone or email Monday through Friday, from 9:00am til 4:00pm (EST). Alternative hours can be arranged based on individual project needs.  Estimated start and completion dates will be provided with a formal quote.
